to other helpful resources. Visit the knowledge base
anytime.
Up-to date Help Files
Online Help can be accessed in several different ways.
Select "Help" from the RASTRAC.net web server to enter
any help file. From there you are able to explore any topic
to receive more information.

As a RASTRAC.net subscriber you may access
help from our on-site professionals anytime during our normal
business hours, 9:00am - 6:00pm CST. If the telephone isn't
your thing, shoot us an email at

of our technical support representatives will follow up with you,
in most cases, within 24 hours.
Individual Product Training
Product training is tailored to your company
needs and resources. You may require on-site training, or prefer
to send your employees to RASTRAC.net. A Spanish language interpreter
