As a RASTRAC.net subscriber, you will have access to the RASTRAC.net knowledge base.  Our knowledge base has hundreds of articles which provide information about our web-based tracking solution, including troubleshooting steps, solutions to common issues, common how-to tips, and links to other helpful resources.  Visit the knowledge base anytime.
Up-to date Help Files
Online Help can be accessed in several different ways.  Select "Help" from the RASTRAC.net web server to enter any help file.  From there you are able to explore any topic to receive more information. 
Telephone & Email Support
As a RASTRAC.net subscriber you may access help from our on-site professionals anytime during our normal business hours, 9:00am - 6:00pm CST.  If the telephone isn't your thing, shoot us an email at support@rastrac.net.  One of our technical support representatives will follow up with you, in most cases, within 24 hours.
Individual Product Training

Product training is tailored to your company needs and resources. You may require on-site training, or prefer to send your employees to RASTRAC.net. A Spanish language interpreter is available if required. Call for availability, 512.918.0700.
